Q. How do you calculate shipping costs?
A. Shipping is calculated on current UPS shipping rates. The rates are estimated rates shown at the check out point. Actual charges are applied at the time the shipment is made.

Q. What if I order wrong?
A. You may send material back for an exchange. You will be responsible for all shipping charges plus a 20% restocking charge. Please call for a return authorization number before shipping back any material.

Q. Do I have to order both hook and loop or can I order just one side?
A. You can order only one side. Hook and Loop are sold separately each on 25 yard rolls. The pricing shown is per roll.  If your project calls for only one part, either the hook or the loop, it may be purchased this way.

Q. What if I need pieces cut to a specific size?
A. VelBuy would be more than happy to cut to your exact measurements. We can cut and leave separate or the pieces can be cut and mated together for time saving assembly.

Q. How can I wash Sew-Quality hook and loop?
A. Sew-Quality hook and loop can be machine-washed or dry cleaned. Always close fastener during laundering or when not in use. Bleaching is not recommended. Bleaching, washing or dry-cleaning is not recommended for pressure sensitive hook and loop.

Q. How do I apply pressure sensitive hook and loop?
A. Clean surface where hook and loop will be applied with alcohol or solvent and allow to dry completely. Cut to desired length, peel release liner off, and press firmly in place. Allow the adhesive to set for a full 24 ours before using. Maximum bond strength is achieved between 24-36 hours. Sewing of pressure sensitive material is not recommended.

Q. How do I attach Sew-Quality hook and loop?
A. Cut to desired length and machine or hand sew around the edges and backstitch to secure. Sew-Quality may also be attached with staples or tacks.

A. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Should you prefer to pay by check, merchandise will be shipped when check has cleared. Net 30-day terms are available subject to credit approval.
